I bought from him. He delivered. You pay first though. He said it was some sativa indica mix, but this was like 2 years ago.

There are a number of clinics that will review the patient records, do an exam, and based on the patients medical needs provide a Drs. recommendation to use medical marijuana. The moment you have proof of mailing of the Drs. recommendation and completed application to the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program you are eligible to posses up to 24 ounces of medical marijuana. YOU MUST KEEP COPIES OF THE RECOMMENDATION,APPLICATION, AND PROOF OF MAILING TO BE LEGAL PENDING ISSUANCE OF YOUR ACTUAL OMMP CARD. If you have that paperwork then I will provide your patient with a course of treatment free of charge.
I am also considering the implications of Washington States new law legalizing recreational use of marijuana. Hypothetically speaking if you are legally allowed to posses medical marijuana in Oregon, and you cross the border to Washington where it is legal to posses, and you give/share with no remuneration to another citizen then you have violated no laws. Anyone care to chime in - hypothetically of course.

Very good information. I wasn't aware that you could possess as much as 24 oz. which is plenty for the treatment. Thanks for the information. I just need to arm myself with all of the facts in order to make the right decision.
